RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 3 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all the original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please go to our app , under my account & click on the Return to obtain a notification number. After receiving a notification, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 5 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds will reflect in Cash Refund Tab under my account in app & notification will also be shared.
